Dorsey Development, owned and operated by G. Paul Dorsey III, is proud to announce the acquisition of a second retail center in Theodore, AL. Island Road Shopping center is located at 5827 Highway 90 W at the intersection of Highway 90 and Hamilton Boulevard. The 59,822 square foot center is anchored by Winn Dixie. Other tenants include Pizza Hut, Subway, Buddy’s Home Furnishings and Premier Nails.
