Dorsey Construction, a division of Dorsey Companies, is an experienced Louisiana- based, commercial construction company licensed in  states (LA, TX, MS).  Dorsey specializes in the construction of single-tenant net leased, ground up and second generation retrofit shopping center developments.  We are a uniquely qualified general contractor by virtue of our crossover experience with our development division, Dorsey Development.

We provide excellent turnkey commercial construction with comprehensive services spanning the entire project life cycle from due-diligence, entitlement, construction, and maintenance after delivery. Dorsey has completed over 140 development and construction projects across three states. We have been responsible for store construction for some of today’s fastest growing and successful companies, including Dollar General Corporation, Burger King, and El Pollo Loco.
